Student Housing Management has been operating in Ocean City, Maryland, since 2011, specializing in housing for international Work & Travel participants from around the world. Our mission is to provide high-quality housing and a personalized, hands-on approach, supporting students throughout the entire duration of their seasonal stay.

Since our founding, we have taken pride in helping students from countries such as Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Slovakia, Croatia, Jamaica, Thailand, and many others feel at home while living and working in the United States. We provide fully furnished and properly equipped housing with all essential items, ensuring that students are safe, comfortable, and ready to enjoy their summer experience.

We are not just a housing provider. Our team remains actively involved and available throughout the season, offering ongoing support whenever students need assistance. Whether it is resolving a maintenance issue in the house, answering questions, or helping them navigate challenges during their Work & Travel program, we are always there to provide guidance and practical solutions.

Throughout the season, we work closely with students to address their needs, provide guidance, and, when possible, assist them in finding a second job. By focusing on care, communication, and reliability, we create a positive living experience for students and peace of mind for their families and program sponsors.
